Stephen Hawking

Hawking is acclaimed for his ideas on gravitational singularity theorems in the framework of general relativity, and the theoretical prediction that black holes emit radiation, dubbed �Hawking radiation. He was a vigorous supporter of the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics.
